Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During product launches or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (U.S.)
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.95

  • Free Shipping: on orders over $100


International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. For lost packages, please reach out to the carrier first; if unresolved, contact us at support@goodstewardco.com for further assistance.
