Our Heart Behind Returns
At goodstewardco., we strive to create purposeful pieces rooted in faith and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale, discounted, or gift card purchases are non-returnable.


Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If the item you’d like is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund once your return is processed.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@goodstewardco.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once received, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Store credits will be emailed to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping fees may apply, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
